“In my 30 years of serving as Hazardous Materials Manager for the State of Maryland,  one firm and individual stand above the rest.  Mr. Bill Montley and Green Street Environmental always provide superb technical advice, consistently doing the job right the first time,  with accurate remediation plans. Bill Montley is a very knowledgeable hazardous materials professional who has the ability to bring highly technical reports down to a layman’s level. Many times Bill has met with office employees to explain reports and hazardous situations and was able to diffuse many volatile situations. He is an asset to have on your team.”
