Williams-Transco is an energy infrastructure company focused on connecting North America’s significant hydrocarbon resource plays to growing markets for natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs) and olefins. Williams’ operations span from the deepwater Gulf of Mexico to the Canadian oil sands. Founded in 1908, Williams employs more than 6,700 people.

Green Street Environmental signed a Master Service Contract with Williams – Transco to provide Environmental Support Services in 2015.

Green Street Environmental supported construction of the Wildcat Point Generating Facility and the Rock Springs Expansion Project near Rising Sun Maryland in Cecil County. The Rock Springs pipeline project involved the construction of an 11.17-mile pipeline lateral connecting Williams’ existing Transco natural gas pipeline to the Old Dominion Electric Cooperative’s proposed Wildcat Point. The proposed Wildcat Point facility is being designed to generate approximately 1,000 megawatts, enough to power 390,000 homes in the region. The pipeline is being designed to transport approximately 192,000 dekatherms of natural gas per day.
